Tourist SIM card users can make calls and send SMS messages, but they need to top up their prepaid account first, as the initial benefit includes only data.

How can I top up my prepaid account?

You can top up your prepaid account in several ways. We recommend our top-up channels because they give you 10% more. The minimum top-up amount is €4.

In the app, you can choose to pay with a credit/debit card or via your postpaid monthly bill.

3. Send Me Credit – Get 10% more

Telekom’s postpaid and prepaid users can send credit to a Telekom prepaid user.

The service is available in the Super Menu and the Telekom ME app. If you prefer SMS, you can use this option too. Send an SMS with DopunaX 067YYYYYY to 14670 (X is the amount you want to send, and 067YYYYYY is the recipient’s number).

Top-up amounts: between €4 and €20, in whole euros, without cents.

You can check your service usage in the Telekom ME app, Super Menu (*111#), or by sending INFO to 14670. SMS messages to 14670 are charged according to your tariff.

Is there a limit for sending credit?

Postpaid users: The maximum top-up amount per month is €20. To increase the monthly limit, contact our Customer Service Center at 1500.

Prepaid users: They can use the service after 30 days from activation, with at least one top-up and voice usage of at least €5. A prepaid user has a daily limit of €20 for sending/receiving credit and can receive only one top-up per day (regardless of the amount).

SMS messages to 14670 are charged according to your tariff plan.
