What is eSIM?
A digital or virtual eSIM is convenient because it's installed directly on your smartphone without needing a physical SIM card. Everything happens online – simple, fast and secure. With an eSIM, your data is stored on a chip integrated into the phone (embedded, hence the 'e') instead of a card inserted into the phone.

Many phones support multiple eSIMs, which you manage easily in your phone settings. This is especially useful when travelling, as you can order and set up a new eSIM online in just a few minutes for use on your trip.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most newer generation devices support eSIM technology. You can view the complete list of compatible devices here.
Is online identification required?
Yes. The law requires that all mobile network cards be registered with appropriate identification using an ID card or passport. If you choose our eSIM, the identification process is completed online and takes no longer than two minutes.
What documents do I need to register an eSIM data plan?
Citizens of Balkan countries and the EU can register using an ID card or passport.

For citizens of other countries, a passport is required.
Can I get a refund in case of problems?
If you fail to activate the eSIM, you are entitled to a full refund of the transaction.

What is the validity of the Travel eSIM plan?
The Travel eSIM prepaid account is valid for 12 months after first use. If not activated by top-up within 6 months of registration, it will be permanently deactivated.
What should I do if I delete my eSIM profile or change devices?
If you delete the eSIM from your device, the same eSIM profile cannot be reactivated. For further use, you will need to request a new eSIM.

Can I activate an internet add-on before the first 180 days expire?
Yes, you can activate the internet add-on once your prepaid account has been topped up with sufficient credit.
Can I make calls with the Travel Data eSIM?
Yes, you can make calls and send SMS messages, but you will need to top up your prepaid account.
Can Travel eSIM users top up their account, use prepaid options, and track resource usage?
Travel eSIM users can top up their account and activate prepaid options, just like with any other prepaid package.
